Sir,
I am using two different Vodafone sim having corporate CUG connection. one no (8601499778) I want to discontinue and I have requested over the email of Vodafone corporate care in the month of Aug and paid the latest bills that time as well, but till 8th Oct thee connection did not suspended and bills have been generated twice now outstanding included late fee is showing.
where as for another no (9627881177) I am paying the bills within due date but my this no (9627881177) have been put on baring for outgoing calls.
my request is that while I am requesting you to suspend the no then why you are raising the bills, is any compulsion to have the Vodafone connection, why you did not executed my request on time and if you did delay in execution why should I pay for that ???
Since last 20 years I am using Vodafone/Hutch when I was paying for incoming calls as well but this time felt cheated… I would never recommend Vodafone any more… this is my worst expiration now !!
Again I would request you to please suspend the account of my Vodafone No -8601499778 without paying any additional amt and activate my another no – 9627881177 with immediate effects.
or I will take all the help from legal as well as social media portals. this is not the matter of small 500 Rs, its a matter how you are cheating with customers….
