It has been a month when i file a complaint to Airtel regarding internet speed in our area which is nearly zero. As per the situation , one need a good internet speed for the online classes. With the speed we even can’t able to enter the classes. I called 121 many times again and again but there is no improvement. They always say its a temporary issue and they are working with it but how much time its going to take. they only say is sorry and thanks for patience. It has been a month .i file the complaint on 6th sep 2020. My Service Request No. is-C4GSP30906099807.
