I have ordered refurbished iPhone se mobile on Paytm for Rs:10,499 on 22nd July 2021 with
Order ID : 14403763446

the mobile stops working (suddenly switched off and not working) which I ordered from paytm on July 22.

I tried to claim warranty but I am unable to claim , every time I raise a query It’s display something went wrong try again later; even I checked for seller contact number in invoice to claim the warranty but there is not seller contact number or email id.
It was sold by : fonekartz , chennai tamil nadu
