I have paid all my dues to paytm postpaid 5 days ago except the late charges which I’ve talked to an executive of paytm postpaid. He told me to make a partial payment on the call excluding the late charges and my late charges will be removed after some time. But it’s been 6 days now, my paytm postpaid account is also blocked and my limit is also decreased and it is affecting my credit score also and moreover I’m getting spam calls from paytm again and again daily inspite of paying all my dues. Very disappointed from this service of paytm postpaid.
