Hello Vodafone,
Today I have visited your Vodafone store located at Acharya Niketan Market, Mayur Vihar Phase 1 New Delhi regarding my sim Vodafone sim activation purpose for my two vodafone numbers (9711549576 (Postpaid) and 9015796172 (Prepaid)). First of all I want to let you know about your staff available in that store whose Name was Ritu, Nikhil and Nausad who talking to me in very rudely manners, also they guide me in wrong way about their plans and my sim activation. I have also carried all the documents like Aadhar card and PAN card etc.
That is not the way to guide the customers and also they have no idea about how to dill with the customers. If your staff giving these types of services and they talk in these ways the I want to quit from your Vodafone service by end of in current bill bill generated.
