Dear sir, my mobile number was 9843505308. i was postpaid customer before last saturday 02-03-2019 i gave a request to change to prepaid . When i went on monday to ooty vodafone store they told to pay FRC495 to change as prepaid i asked is there any less amount for FRC they told No. when i contacted customer care they told there is option which starts from 76. but in customer center they were refused to do so. i have contacted customer care nearly 5 times from follwing number 9843505308, 9626701601, 8667393882 to 198,98430 98430. still i dint get any good result i have spoke with associates their namer are Anish, Mageswari, Raju and pratheepa. no one still solve my problem . kindly do the needful and tale a action on them, i was really disappointed with vodafone for now.
