9674328875 is the number of my Vodafone sim card which is a 3G. From past 4 days i have been facing network issue.I called them they registered my complain and asked a day to get it resolved but even after 3 days they are not able to fix this issue. I spoke to service agents ( priya, Narender,Rana)
But no positive response
According to them they don’t know when it will get resolved
We all spend money to recharge our phone so that we can enjoy the services and from last 5 days I am not able to use my Internet balance it’s just wasting of money and the service providers are just enjoying
It seems like they give a damn
And they don’t even bother about their customer satisfaction
Zero value for customers
It’s frustrating and really sad
