This is in regard to my september septembe mobile bill. I activated international roaming plan but deactivate the same moments later. Even though I did not use the tariff for even a single second, company has charged the same in september bill. I asked to generate correct bill on customer care but they denied saying that as per company policy once a tariff has been activated same will be charged whether you have deactivated it a moments later.
