I am Deepak Kumar Nayak using Vodafone no 9040443724 (Chennai). i had a balance of Rs 60 in my vodafone account and due to work i recharged an unlimited call and data pack of Rs 399. After the recharge vodafone deducted my balance of Rs 60 saying that they are activating some packs on my number which i never asked to activate and when i called them they told there is some technical problem on my number and when that issue is resolved my money will be refunded back. its more than one month but i didnot get money back. moreover when i am using vodafone no to call someone i always get some messages that my talktime limit for today is getting over and i wont be able to make calls after that. i dont get this that when you have a limit on the talktime why do you fool us by telling that it is an unlimited pack with unlimited calls. shame on you people. we really trust you and use your services. when i went to vodafone office in bangalore they are telling that this number belongs to chennai circle and they cannot help me.
i want vodafone to give me back my money and clear your statements of your packs and services.
really disappointed with vodafone.
