- I m facing Network issue from Last few months, I contacted vodafone many time for the same but the same has not been resolved till now. They didn’t took any action on it & I am very upset with the services i m getting from vodafone when i am a vintage customer of this company.
- I am attaching some screenshots where i asked to share the PDF copy of my mobile bill as i need to claim in within my Company policy TAT & I am following up with them from last 10 Days(Texting on their social media account), initially someone from vodafone called me for my query, i asked her to send me PDF copy of my last month bill but she send me he bill of May’18, after that i again send some messages regarding the same issue but they always send a msg that sorry for inconvenience & we will arrange a call for you but no one called me for the same. After that yesterday i called on customer care no., Asked for bill & also asked her to arrange a call from complaint department & she said that she she will arrange call & send me PDF copy of bill. I Got the bill but nobody called me from complaint department. Also i got call from their Social media team regarding my msges, they also said that they will arrange a call from concern department withing hours but like always i didn’t get any call on the same.
Are these the services which vodafone is providing its users. if these are the services they can give then better they should shut down this company
