Hi,
This is Lalsahab Pal complaining against videocon d2h services my consumer number 52967663. I have recharge my d2h INR 323 on dated 19th April,2019 for 30 days service after contacting videocon customer care people but my d2h service are not working from 27th April,2019. I have call an numbers of calls not less than 25 calls to videocon d2h call center but I don’t get any proper reply from them. Also they hold my call 10 to 15 minutes and then disconnect without informing. When I was continue then they are upload credit in my videocon d2h account without informing. When I have called today means 1st May, 2019 these people are saying you have taken loan on datet 27th April,2019.
So please look in this and do the needful.
