Respected sir/madam
This is Suraj Kumar (Mobile Number 8981600902), Vodafone postpaid user. I wanted to state that my last month June Bill is 1857, in this bill VAS charges of 1185 for prime play and ZEE5 is added these two app i am not using since long time. Please do the needful and exclude the VAS charges from my bill of June month.
All this kind of issue is happening on regular basis, so please do the needful, if bill is not adjusted this time then i will think to shift to other company and will not pay the charges. Please do the needful as soon as possible.
