Dear Sir/Madam,
I am using vodafone sim two to three years and my validity period was showing 2024. Now without any intimation they changed it by decreasing. Now it showing 14th December 2018. I tried contacting vodafone care and the senior manager was saying we changed our policies so you have to recharge. how can we recharge for things which we already did. This is big fraud vodafone company is doing to their customer. please we need resolution for it.
