I ordered a gas stove and got used, defective product with missing parts from Flipkart. I tried contacting flipkart multiple times but did not get any resolution on call or chat. I wanted to return the product but was not getting return option and as per return policy product is eligible for return. The cs support placed return but that also got cancelled. I already informed and wrote Flipkart about the condition of the product but pickup guy rejected the pick up. This is really frustating.Kindly look into the issue and help me in getting a resolution.
