On 6th August , 2019 i have visited vodafone office , mall road ludhiana, Punjab.
Requesting them to change the ownership of M:9569634696 from my father to me i.e(from Parveen Goel to Ketan Goel), which they declined telling policy doesnt allow that. They suggested convert your number from prepaid to postpaid and the ownership can change and by providing all necessaary documents , process was done. After a month my mobile number gets permanently suspended without any prior notification resluting in major loss both mentally and financially as my job was directly impacte since OTP to log into my system was not received due to suspension. And this was resolved after many attempts and the issue has arised again.
