dear sir/mam
im using my airtel sim past 14 years. till these much year i faced issue of network, that all now got rectified but now I’m facing the problem to connect with 5g plan. I have done the recharge for 799 in the plan its self-saying that you can avail unlimited 5G. if you have 5g mobile and 5G network but past 4 month I didn’t got any king of offer form airtel, when I call to customer care they told to uninstall the airtel thanks App and redownload it again, whatever the customer executive said I have done but till now my problem not yet solved. so to rase complaint again i called customer care but i totally disappointed with the conversation with one Mr. Rahul. and one Mis. Sharanya( supervisor)on 27-03-2024. Form my point of view they are not cooperating with me or they are not taking it as serious way, this is the first time I’m facing such kind of rude behavior from airtel. I’m requesting you to please provide a guidance for such people, not to loos the customer. I’m thinking to port the my both airtel number along with my family member number to leading company like reliance jio.
I know that with these all you will not going to take care but sill as a ongoing airtel customer please we expect good hospitality form airtel.
