Recently I purchased a Trimmer Machine from Meesho which was delivered by Valmo Delivery Partner, after opening the product I found it was damaged, I raised a return request for the pickup of my order.
Next Day, the Valmo Delivery Boy called me, to pickup the order, I handled the product to him, but he denied saying some abusive words to me and he was using a totally abusive language.
This is a serious concern for me, I belong to a reputed family and this type of Behavior is totally unacceptable for me.
Please take this complaint very seriously otherwise I have to take any further actions against this.
