I have done the recharge from Paytm to the Jio fiber on 1st september 2022.Jio care said that they didnt receive the money. I have called to paytm for the refund on 3rd sept,6th september,8th sept, 13th sept and 16th september. but there is no response they said they will taking the charge back request but hasnt done. I am following up with them for the past 20days to get my amount but didnt receive yet.
