DEAR SIR/MADAM,
My name is Arun. my mobile no is 7892055233 i booked on 14.03.2019 PNR no 4603005591 Rs 245.59 but i cancelled after chart prepared but when i am asking the refund amount customer care told me the amount is non refundable but i again book the ticket PNR NO 4810188778 Rs 225.16 after chart preperation how it is confirmed i need refund of any one ticket amount and also i booked tatkal ticket on 17 march 2019 PNR no 4456424071 amount is Rs 393.16 this amount till not refunded please refund me both the amount
