I Am Mr Suhas Rai residing Address : B-403 Chandan Classic building ,Geeta Nagar Ph-1,Nr.Old Petrol Pump,Mira Bhyander Road,Mira Road east 401107.

Sir My Complaint is towing of my bike no MH02BX8214 Todays Date:12-04-2023 Morning Between 10 Am to 11 Am I was visited Post Office located near Baji Market ,Mira Road east to receive my post letter ,i was parked my Bike near post office gate within 20-25 mints i came out from post office gave the bike was already towed and therefore i sure there was no announcement before towing.
After i visited to towed office situated near Kanakia mira road east, i found my bike they said me to pay Amt 200 + 500 = total Amt to pay 700 i said ok but i didn’t carried the cash along with me but i can pay by GPAY so he told me to Trf the 200/- to one guy named mr Saddam Husain So i Did as per RTO Officer ordered and of the Amount 500/- will pay by Online after than i go near by bike to recieve i found damaged on the left side of front indicator and Silencer Exhaust is also Scratched ,i again to to RTO Police man to complaint about my Damage he saw the damage and said its not broken ,i said him sir it was not broken or Scratched before than he said wait for 15 min the towing person and RTO Police sir will come they will take my complain than i said ok i will wait after waiting 2 hrous the RTO Police Sir came along with 5 towing person on towing truck ,i went to RTO Police Sir Mr Gajanan Ramchandra Parte batch no 02016 and i complained about my damage on my bike he said there is no damage you take your bike and walk away than i said ,Sir let my bike be here only on your RTO Office Place now i will take my bike after my problem will get solved after he said Joo jissko complain karna hai usko karoo ,I said Ok sir
This the way happens,So Now I left my Bike To Kanakia RTO Office .and i humble request you all respected Sir to look into this matter and except the matter to be solved ASAP till that i will not receive my bike from RTO OFFICE
