This order has already been returned on 11/11/23 as the product was defective, and completely different it looks like it is used and MRP tag not received for which I have requested the return however now Flipkart has rejected my refund stating that they have not received the order yet and

I had to suffer a lot of harassing collection calls all day, with no help from their
My Cibil and credit score have been hampered a lot which will impact me in the future because of Flipkart’s negligence and lack of respect toward customers. Please help me to get my refund and compensation for all these I have to face due to the error from Flipkart.
