This is Lingaswamy bodige 2 months back I have purchased Redmi note 5 pro mobile in flipkart with flipkart protection insurance plan.After 15 days of purchase my mobile have lost theft some body while walking on the road regarding this I have filed a complaint in haythnagar police station they told some procedure to file a complaint as I did all the rocedure after that I made a call to flipkart protection customer care and I have submitted all the documents id card and police fir copy(Mee seva) certificate.but now they are asking another document not that document every time they are not satisfied.the following are the details of mobilemobilil you please resolve this issue thanking you
