Text of Complaint by Amar Pratap Singh:

Dear Sir/Mam,

Today i want to purchase a bike thru Paytm from Kamal Motor Gonda and Chandra motor Faizabad but we faced below problem.

1- Bike Price front side showing for Super Splendor SX allow wheel Rs. 60100/- but after selecting for buy there showing change to 60800/-

2- After selecting final payment again Paytm are charging Rs. 500 for Convenience Fee. so total become 60100- to 61300/- (600/- sudden change + 500/- convenience fee)

3- Also Paytm charge some amount from seller.

4- Now which amount paytm charge from seller, Seller ask me to refund them.

 

So my point is face price and buying price why not match (face price 60100/- and inside 60800/-)

second dealer why asking to me reimburse amount the same which amount paytm charged from seller

so kind confirm the reason of below both point

1- why there is face price and inside price not match

2- why dealer ask to reimburse there charges which charged by paytm to them
