Respected sir/ma’am

I faced atrocious behaviour from one of your branch managers situated in Fatman road, Varanasi.

It is hard to believe that she is a manager because she behaved like a mad woman. She was supposedly criticizing me and my father for not following covid guidelines, when she was the one who was without a mask.

Me, my father, my sister and my brother we all went to vodafone-idea store situated in fatman road, varanasi as we all had different problems related to our numbers of vodafone itself.

We were following covid guidelines, had our mask on and were in distance both between the employees and ourselves. Plus all of us are vaccinated.

An employee named Sonu Jaiswal (good with his work) helped us and we had been waiting for 25+ minutes to get our work done.

And then your employee, the female manager starts shouting at us to get out of the store, when we had been following all the covid guidelines. Plus we told her that it is only going to take more or less five minutes and we are waiting for the person to complete the work she told us to get out. When we told her that we will change our network and would not use vodafone in future again she shouted and said that she is okay if we change our network and shift from vodafone.

Very sad to see that you have been employing people who have no civic sense of talking to customers. And more or less are shameless and have no knowledge of behaving in a public place with customers.

My father has been using his vodafone number for 20+ years and I myself have been using mine for 8+ years. Along with this I have six other vodafone numbers that are being used in my family solely because of your employees behaviour.

But the behaviour I faced today has deeply hurted my sentiments.
