I purchased a TV from flipkart 2years ago and by the time of installation I also purchased 3 years of extended warranty from Jeeves Consumer Services. Last year back in DEC 2022 I had some manufacturing defects in my TV so I called Jeeves to check and repair it. They came and inspect it and after that they took my TV with them saying that they will send it to Delhi for repair. Now it’s been more than 2 months and first they told me that by 19th Jan 2023 my TV will be delivered to me 100% repaired. But after that they started to saying that my TV is non-repairable and they will refund 70% amount. So I clearly told them, either they should repair my TV or provide me 100% refund amount, which later they agreed to refund 100% of amount to me. Now, whenever I am approaching them for the same, they’re keep on sending me same mail again and again “Dear Customer,
