Text of Complaint by Patel Harshil Kamleshbhai:

I have discontinued my gigafiber service and applied for the refund but due to mismatched in bank deatils they have send another link but in that link its showing refund not applicable i have tried to mail them they always says that we are having technical issue with your number and they will resolve the issue in 4-5 days but its been 1 and half months still they message same thing.
