Text of Complaint by Nitesh Wadia:

Hi,
I placed an order for Apple iPhone 13 on 22/09/2022 and it shipped on 23/09/2022 at Somatane Phata Ekart Hub Pune (410506) Maharashtra. My promised delivery date was 25/09/2022 then it changed to 27/09/2022 after that it didn’t show any delivery date and it’s been 18 days now and the order is not delivered yet.

My Order ID is : OD226064033963862000 
My EKART tracking number is FMPP1340778635

The shipment hub is only 4km away from my address and still they didn’t do anything.
I went to the hub 4-5 times and on their computer it is showing the Order is Untraceable. Now they are giving silly excuses, it may be misplaced and may get lost if it isn’t delivered to you in 1-2 days.
Please take some immediate action against them.
