While I’ve been purchased on 15 December 2022. Crocs clogs lite ride model child size of 7 I’ve received the product with low Quality…then I’ve returned to amazon via their Delivery agent…
After returning of that product from past 20 days to till now they haven’t processing my refund which I’ve been paid from Zestmoney application via EMI basis.
While reaching amazon Team means they are saying that we have received wrong product from delivery agent we can’t able to proceed for refunds…
1.how can a delivery agent takes the product without verification..
2.after proper verification delivery agent didn’t raise the Complaint against wrong retuns from me
3. The amazon team simply saying we cannot able to listen to you anymore we will not process your refunds..
4.the Emi date is getting close without proper product how can i able to pay the EMI…
