This is a website that is selling phones etc., They have put Redmi Note7 Pro on sale and I tried ordering on 7th Apr 2019. After providing basic information I was asked to pay 13999. I made a payment of 13999 through BHIM application to purchase Redmi Note 7 Pro. After payment to Beneficiary: BHARATPE09899640721@yesbankltd the screen just froze and I did not receive any confirmation in email or phone but the amount is deducted. The 1-800 number given: 1800 1024 028 is not working. I tried to communicate with the online chat number provided…then I received confirmation mail..then onwards no reply at all…
I also see lot of similar complaints on this site. Can you please help shutting down this site and processing the refund?
