This is in regard to Order # 11219465 dated 27th September 2023 that I have purchased one New sarelet Designer silks saree from Sarelet.com. On receiving the saree I found it is completely different from my ordered saree . As the saree I received is of very poor and cheap quality and of different color I want to return the product. But there is no option of return of the product or refund of money.
I would like to request you to kindly take this matter into urgent consideration and save me from any further harassment. I hope you will keep your end of the deal and initiate the refund process as soon as possible.
