Text of Complaint by Aman Chauhan:

I got the new BSNL FTTH connection but after few days I always get LOS signal on the router and their line man came to check the problem and it took them 4 days to solve my issue.
In 24 hours it provides internet for about 14 hours max I literally frustrated from their services they didn’t even tell me the whole matter why I’m having this issue yo are my last hope please do something so that a customer doesn’t loose their faith in consumer court.
