Hi

I have sent you this email in regards to the order that I have placed with flipkart(Iphone 12 mini 64 GB) order no OD123245597876027000.The order was placed on 30th Oct 2021 and i was being assured that the order will be delivered on 2nd Nov 2021.I have spoken to the customer care regarding the same for which the dates are getting pushed again and again.

I was informed that on or before8th Nov 2021 query will be resolved and now it has been pushed to 12 Nov 2021.I have paid an amount of INR 38,349/- for the phone which i haven’t received yet. I have bought this product on EMI and it will start from next month 2nd of December 2021.Neither the customer service is helping me out neither social media team.
I use to go daily to the Ekart hub in Gurgaon to collect the phone byt they denied me all the time and at the end they said that they will
I have already raised a complaint with customer care. I have got an email from customer care now that the refund has been initiated but as the customer told me to go here and there for my order i have faced so much of hassle just because of them, i want a compensation and apology email from them and request you to please help me with the same please.
