HAI
i have done recharge for my mother number 9849839148 with 251 on 20/7/2021 with transaction id 336485829 at 5.00pm,the offer for this is extra 50 gb data ,but i didn’t use the extra gb data and it is not reflecting in my airtel thanks app also i tried to connect customer care but i am unable to even reach them so i request you to kindly revert back to me as eaelier as possible Pls contact my alternate number +91 9866249950
even i made a request or complain to them in my twitter to the following id but i didn’t get any reply
