I was waiting for the watch to get released and once it was released i ordered it but you know what I received an empty box.
The delivery first asked for the OTP and then only he gave the box till I see the box was damaged the guy gave the box and went away in hurry. Also when asked the delivery agent to wait to onbox the package infront of him he just ran away in his bike without stopping Expecting some action from your side and I also need the product to be redelivered .

If you think I’m lying you can visit my home and investigate also..

I have paid my hard earned money of 1600 rupees

Need the faster response from you.

Atleast expecting i would receive some response from your end and some action would be taken and you will redeliver the product to me.

You can see in the below picture that the seal/tape is torn out where it should be completely attached.

And below that there is another picture where the tape was attached after removing the product from the package.

Expecting faster response from you please give me my watch.

I tried to call the support, they said that the team has denied the refund ,
I would like to know when I have shared all the information why they denied, and what investigation has your team done
I’m unaware, they did not even bother to call me
