In Month of April my billing unit was 14919 and now in month of June its 15822 and therefore i have consumed 903 unit in three months that is in one month on average 301 units,
but in the present bill in month of june they have added 903 units to calculate the present bill, In month of June and July they randomly recorded 201 units ie 100 units less in month of june and 100 in month of july so 200 units should have been adjusted in month of July, Instead of that they have used Duckworth Lwies method i think to get the number 903.
Which is wrong.
