Text of Complaint by Jayanta Debbarma:

My order is been delayed, I had ordered classic 350 bs6 pure black on 19th of last month from XED motorcycles, Agartala. I’m really disappointed with your service I was really in need of a bike when I’ve ordered it. Till today I didn’t receive any notification regarding the status of the booking. Never expected that Royal Enfield will provide us such a poor service. Have never seen before such kind of waiting period for a bike to own. I will wait till next two weeks. I’m urgently in need of a bike. Please kindly delivery it to me as soon as possible. If not, I may think of cancelling it. That isn’t actually fair, what is the use when you don’t get when you need it.
