I bought shoes from your flipkart company through online store .
I purchased a chicago running shoes and paid a total amount of [1504].
It seems that the product is defective in the package. I had complained instantly to the customer support team but they’re not helpful and have raised many complaint about this issue but unfortunately there is no response on the same, so I am here to seek for your help.
I read their terms and conditions, and I am well aware that customers are entitled to a return the defective product within 10days return product policy.
I attached the receipt that I got with the product as proof it was purchased from your company.
I hope to hear from you soon about the procedures for returning the product and receiving a refund. I am waiting from last 7 days but they always reject to return this product without any reason.
