Text of Complaint by Eswar Reddy:

to bring to your attention my recent experience with Winmatch.com casino, where I deposited an initial sum of INR 25000 on August 23, 2023. Despite winning a total of INR 50390 during my gameplay, my withdrawal request has been pending for an alarming 80 days.

Despite my persistent attempts to contact their customer support, I have consistently been told to wait for 5 to 7 working days due to extended verification procedures. This delay has been incredibly frustrating, given the substantial deposit made in good faith.

Over the past 45 days, my follow-ups with customer care have been met with the same response, and they have even resorted to blocking my gaming ID and restricting communication channels such as WhatsApp. Furthermore, the provided email address, support@winmatch.com, seems to be fake, further contributing to the deception. Tomorrow my id was unblocked i withdraw my amount but my withdraw amount is failure not credited in my id and account again customer care same response please help me Sir I change my phone my winmatch mail is lost please help me sir please🙏🙏🙏🙏
