My Paytm account has been blocked by Paytm. I don’t know what happened wrong. I asked for explanation they say your account has been blocked. Paytm says my account can be unblocked. Here is my concern
1. if anything suspicious activity happened, I should have get a chance to explain it before banning my account.
2. my paytm account is blocked I am unable to login, Paytm is asking for list unauthorised transaction details via card. I am fully confidence that there was no unauthorised transaction from my account.
3. I don’t want to use my number on
Paytm but I have money around 6-7K in my paytm wallet and Paytm Bank combined before my account was banned. I asked to transfer my money to an alternate account but they didn’t.
I want my hard earned money back.
