yesterday tatasky technician had come to set up the connection at our new house (address: flat no 404,a wing ,4th floor, silicon towers, sector 30-A,behind samna press, vashi) but he was unable to do it. he gave the reasonn saying that he will need extra 50-60metre wire for the connection and this wont be provided by the company. also he said he cant give us the confirmation of all the channels after instuainst.he specifically told us to change the connection and switch over to jio / cable. Was that the actual reason? i doubt. Is this reason a real fact? how can he advice us to change the connection without calling the company? he just told us in one line that this connection wont be possible,so you change it. I need justification for this. waiting for your reply as soon as possible.
