Text of Complaint by Seema Soni:

I ordered Dust Daddy product Order no. DD169885 from Diva deal website on 6th March 2019. But immediately I realized something is wrong so I emailed on support@divadeal.in with in few minutes before it got dispatched and asked to cancel the order as per diva deal policy. But there was no reply from them and I also tried to reach on call but it was coming continuously busy or out of service. On 13th March 2019 product got delivered even after cancellation. I don’t want that product it is useless hence I want my money back to my bank account. Hence please help me to resolve this issue and get mymoney back.

  1. I had ordered daddy dust on 18/3/19 through Facebook shop now and paid 994/
    through net banking order no. DD181111
    I received the product on 27/3/19 in a bad condition and some of the parts are also not in the package as shown in the picture.
    So I am returning the product. AWB 14112319132748.
    Please refund the same.
