With regards to the above headline, I would like to mentioned that initially the restaurant did not listen of what request I made through phone as & when I ordered. Moreover the delivery time made it even worst, as when it reached to me, it was absolutely cold & stale and I used to throw it away. Even while making a complaint against the same, the customer support executives asked me to click a picture of that thrown pizzas from the garbage & upload the same. I mean seriously, this is what pathetic kind of things should’ve been done by the customer who is already suffering from your lazy gesture. Because of Zomato’s multiple order picking policy, the delivery boy picked up my food and moved to some other place for picking some other’s order. Meanwhile what I ordered has been stale & compromised thoroughly by the Zomato. I am seriously fed up with the thing done by the Zomato on this Saturday 26 March 2022 as I was expecting my food to be delivered on time, as it was the actual dinner for me that day, but these guys ruined up my meal. I need a compensation for the same immediately as delivering stale food the customer means you are compromising with the health of your customer directly, which is certainly a heinous crime.
