I have purchased a SSD of 256 gb from Amazon, which has Three years warranty from seller. I got issue in SSD from very first day that time I don’t understand where to complaint so I searched some on Google , Anandit and search complaint email I mail to them but they told me they are not my seller. They said please contact your seller then I found warranty invoice from Amazon. After that I complaint to the my seller named Valuecart private limited on there complaint mail and also contact to the mobile number which was given on there social media accounts . But on call they told me it’s wrong no. And on mail they didn’t reply once. Due to this I wasted my very precious time to prepare for Ev course because my laptop is not working properly, I ordered this SSD to increase my speed of laptop so that I can prepare and take lecture of Ev courses smoothly, but I wasted my time in installation windows on the SSD from different different way , so that it could run . But it’s shows blue screen errors many times and when I use it as only SSD for memory usage it suddenly disappeared. And not found, who will recover my time , my I m now running two months late in my Ev courses due to this, this is not fair,they are selling faulty items and not listening, I want from this company to give me a geniune product again , and give want to ask them what about my time what will they give in lieu of my time. I give every month Emi of 6200 rupees, but they have frustrated my mind what could I do now . Please sir do some need ful.
