Text of Complaint by Mritunjay Singh:

I would like to state that I am user of airtel prepaid number 7607519074.

I reactived my sim on 29th May, 2020 and recharged for Rs. 399. Further I complained regarding data Speed related issues on the same day for the first time on 198.After that I have to call 198 customer care for about 40-50 times. But still my issue is not resolved. I have to go somewhere about 2 KM apart from my home locationI am unable to use data from my home location.

The indoor coverage in my location is always 2G. I am fed up with your services and I have tried everything suggested by your customer care team.

I have planned to port out my sim to other operator if you are unable to resolve the issue before my current plan gets expired. I have been waiting for last 1.5 months.

Kindly do the needful.
