Respected Consumer Court,
MY COMPLAINT IS ABOUT RELIANCE JIO NET SPEED PROBLEM
EVERY TIME I CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES AND THEY SAY THE “WE SEE THAT THE NETWORK STRENGTH IN YOUR AREA IS GOOD AND THE SPEED PROBLEM MAY BE DUE TO LARGE NUMBER OF PEOPLE USING INTERNET IN YOUR AREA”.
It says net speed is above 3mbps but reality is Below 100kbps.
kindly Give me solution and Suggest the jio team to give good network speed as per the agreements made by them with customers.
