I met 4 times Vodafone care in Kurnool (Dist), Andhra Pradesh for replacement sim activation purpose. 4 times i got the message of “Your SIM replacement request for xxxxxxxxx has been rejected as the POT details have not matched”. Vodafone care executives are not working properly.
