Text of Complaint by Govind Singh Bisht:

I am a customer of Airtel with mobile number 8082647963.
I have used my SIM till morning 1AM, but at 6 AM my Airtel number is not showing any signal. Even after changing the SIM slot and mobile the condition is same. After talking to customer care they gave the solution to change the SIM from nearest store. Is this the solution to any problem even I am not in the condition to go to any near by store for next few days. This problem is not only faced by me my many friends are facing this ..
Why is the only solution of changing SIM. What abt our recharge and our plan. It is just a wastage for us.. the coy wil earn from our deactivation of SIM. Even we have to pay money again to reactivate new SIM. This is not happening with other no’s.
