Respected sir,
I have ordered a shoe Asics mens gel pulse 11 MX graphite grey running shoe. UK 11. Instead of UK 11, Amazon has send me US 11. I have asked them to replace it. They did it for me but again they send the same shoe US 11. And now when I am telling them to replace and give me what I have ordered they are telling that this is not possible. You make a return and refund. If suppose I do that. In that it will be my loss. Because when I bought bought that shoe it costs 2459 rupees now the same shoes is for 4700 or more than that. it’s Amazon mistake why should I pay for that.
The solution what I am begging for is Amazon should give me UK 11 shoe which I have ordered. That’s it.
