I had received payment on my paytm no-9473086598 on 27 oct 2022 of 4500 amount and on 28 oct 2022 of 8500 amount but as per paytm terms and policies it should be settled in my PNB account within 24 hrs but its not settled still.I have contacted more than 20 times to the customer support but they didn’t resolve my problem and also not provide correct information.They only making excuses that it will settled within 24 hrs but it’s not settled till date if i said to please transfer your call to your superior they don’t .
