I have purchased my washing machine on 11 May 2017 as they give me demo regrading machine, and they informed me that for every six months they will a service check, but it’s been five years, they is no any service check done till now and they call me yesterday(20 June 2022) told they are coming today (21 June 2022) for service check, they came complaining that some of machine accessories are damaged so need to replace due to warranty was expired they asked amount which cost around 10000/- asking us to repay for the warranty and even now they are service charges. I have the documents for the same.
